Our Story-
Through the creation of cutting-edge musical and visual content, Shunyata Records has been organically growing, learning, developing and at the same time enriching a community for artists, labels, brands, and fans since its inception in 2015.  Idea of the label was originally established in India, and now based in Dublin, Ireland, Label's artists have always tried to work towards highly-curated psychedelic electronic music, releasing and promoting the work of some of the most promising talent from the underground scene around the globe. Our catalog includes forest & darkpsy releases, multiple exclusive DJ mixes, 

With a well-established sound, the Label's concept continues to evolve and diversify in the the psytrance music scene, always keeping its aim on releasing unique tunes and pushing artistic innovation is our top priority. This year marks the label’s 7th year anniversary. 

Since the very start Shunyata records has stayed on the moto of supporting new artists and djs to promote their produced music and dj sets via our platforms. We feel lucky to have acted as a bridge label for a countless new and aspiring artists and djs who want to establish themselves in the psytrance scene. We have always helped them to reach their listeners through our organically grown social media presence.

Dark Cygnus, the artist Mirzad started psytrance projects in 2012 (India) .
Since 2008 he has been associated with techno/trance , later on he moved to psytrance inspired by some psyheads and he realized that the nature is not deaf. 
He began extracting magical noise of the forest . The artist , Cygnus fell in love with the crazy disturbed forest sounds.

Initially he began learning dj from his close friend from the year 2007.Within three years Dark Cygnus began involving into  psyculture and underground music moments .Later he step forwarded with producing his own music. With years of trial and hard work,Cygnus has been fortunate to release several tracks and coordinate with  internationally based record (Hippyflip Rec , Forest Spirit Rec ,Visionary Shamanics Records , Darknox records , Okami Records , PLASMASPHERE PRODUCTIONS , Shunyata Records , Dark Records,Underground Experience) labels.
