We are faced with the cross road, a freedom of choice and awarity to a more sustainable soicety or a biometric controlled matrix which will feed on the sentient life force (light) we call humanity. It is a choice for us to see the agenda or to play ignorance while the development of AI is to create any reality you wish in a false light projection (matrix). You alone have the choice to consciously explore your illusion to truly manifest a reality which serves the whole instead the self, this is the true path of the light. Deception comes in forms unnatural to our purpose to prosper and evolve, while technology holds many answers, it will not help the human light to expand to the next energetic vibration, but can allow the parasite mind to attatch to the addiction to enslave, as false light. "Time" is merely a categorical experience of what happens to the energy in our lives and has no element of "control" over our experience, it is merely the amalgamation of every single present moment. When dreaming for only several minutes one can experience several hours of dreams.

On an atomic scale there is no time, impulses and information can travel instantaneously between distances like charges between entangled electrons. Frank's consciousness upon his death in 28 days is no longer bound by the parameters of time and space. His understanding is different than Donnie's, everyone forgets Frank was alive and real up to the point Donnie kills him. Nobody dies until the "end" of the film when the living Frank runs over living Gretchen, Donnie shoots Frank, and Donnie retreats upon the hill to accept his own fate. Each character's experience of "time" and consequential death are all relative to the inconsistent world around them.

As to describe the Dark Whisper's soundscape, the use of both analogue and digital instruments are used with a psychedelic influence fusing with ethnic cultures and frequencies to activate inner states of memory consciousness allowing the listener to explore the cymatic body, mind and spirit tuning, while conveying a message to the humanity on the whole.
