Their honest sound-scape acknowledges the roots revival of the last few years & yet refuses to be boxed into it. The Dark Actors play in glorious technicolor.

Beglin's soulful vocals deliver enchanting melodies, backed with intelligent harmonies and full-blooded guitars.

Influences vary widely from legends like David Bowie, Pink Floyd & Supergrass as well as embracing the energy of the Americana scene led by bands such as Tom Petty, The Eagles & My Morning Jacket.

Dark Actors were formed in 2012 to much anticipation in their hometown of Coventry; opening for bands like Echo & the Bunnymen at the City’s Godiva Festival. Dark Actors are winning fans one gig at a time. 

This four piece band is made up of Andrew Beglin (Lead vocals), David Needle (Guitars, effects & vocals), Paul Hartry (Bass & vocals), and Nick Jones (Drums, percussion & effects).


Active since 2009, Step Daddy is the collaboration of 4 Seattle veterans, each having more than 10 years experience in the Seattle music scene. It's members have played in such acts as the Kindness Kind, Ben's Jazz Kit, Kate Tucker and Pawn Council

Coley Garratts songs are steeped in the rich musical traditions of his home, best exemplified by the early Folk superstars of Bert Jansch, John Martyn, Nick Drake and Richard Thompson to name just a few.  At the same time he draws much inspiration from the great Americana troubadours and balladeers such as Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Ryan Adams and The Band.

He constantly wanders between these two vast musical landscapes mining for songs. Any gems he is lucky enough to find get washed and cut through his unique lyrical perspective which have been inspired by a deep love of Poetry, Philosophy and Mysticism (Pope, Shakespeare, Ted Hughes, Schopenhauer, Huxley and the Tao Te Ching to name just a handful) 

Over the years he has written hundreds of songs in a constant labour of love to perfect his craft and is currently in the process of recording and cataloguing as many of them as possible.
  
His self-titled debut EP released in May 2019 is a 5 song collection of some previous recordings as an Introduction.
