For me, DARK DISCO is a form of rebellion against the mainstream disco movement, which I like. There’s something punk about it ⛓️✨

It also can take on myriad different shades, textures and colours but still remain true. That's why it's here to stay ✊

This set is full of rugged and raw tunes, with oriental melodies and chugging grooves, tobacco-stained synths and angular riffs but importantly, it always remains very danceable 🕺🏽 and appeal to biker cyborgs and goth humans who are the perfect company for a vampire 🏍️🤖🖤

Also this is a music for strobe lights and smoke machines rather than mirror balls and lasers which suits perfectly the new vampiric treats I am getting myself used to! 🏴󠁭󠁨󠁬󠁿

I am in love with this "genre" since it is infused with a wide array of influences, while maintaining grit and charm at its core!
And that's why I believe it's here to stay ✊

It's Orlok, your Happy Vampire 🧛‍♂️✨, back to you with a new set of DARK DISCO where I kept trying to spread some dark sounds with disco vibe 🪩🪩

In this set I tried to showcase my authentic passion for the genre 🖤✨. I made a selection that creates an energetic atmosphere while having the traditional disco lasers, and melancholic sounds that complete its dark, terrifying but, above all, electrifying atmosphere ⚡⚡

I am sure that this is exactly what aliens would listen to while discovering Earth 🛸
