Athe the heart of this EP is `Perlen vor die Säue´ by PANTERNOISE,
a haunting and evocative piece of industrial art, rooted in both nostalgia and innovation. Built around the eerie sample of a 1990s telephone message—the kind you’d hear when dialing a non-existent number—the track transforms a mundane fragment of the past into a profound and unsettling sonic experience. These fragments of lost communication serve as a metaphor for modern alienation, where meaningful connections are increasingly rare in a world consumed by noise, miscommunication, and superficial interactions.

The opening moments of the track immerse the listener in an otherworldly soundscape, where atmospheric drones and metallic textures echo through a void, evoking the disconnection and mystery of a misdialed call. The distorted sample weaves itself into the fabric of the composition, its stark familiarity contrasting with the raw, tribal beats and jagged synths that emerge as the track unfolds.

Italian-born, Glasgow-based and non-binary, 3SBAT (pronounced Esbat) is a DJ, producer and Left Hand Path practitioner working in the realm of Ritual Techno — a fusion of hunted industrial sounds, noise textures, ritualistic elements and broken beats.

Their performances have echoed through spaces like Tresor, About:blank, OHM, and Kit Kat Berlin, with appearances at queer underground parties including GEGEN and SUBVERTED.

A resident artist and part of Glasgow’s industrial collective A.D.S.R., 3SBAT’s sonic rituals have been released on Soma Records, Revok Records, VuMantra, Subverted, Tokyo’s Experiment Records, and Brutalism x Basseht.

We foster unusual artistic projects, aimed to explore different forms of intimacy and proximity as well as variety of freedom expressions. The main focus for our selections is candid, harsh, industrial and dissonantly textured sound, which opens additional layer of emotionality, provoking honest and sincere contact with our self. 

We believe that dark and dissonantly-vibed music can be outspokenly therapeutic and creates internal space for honest self-dialog and experiencing complex states. Darkness is immensely embracing. Therefore we find this aspect exceedingly important, while experiencing collective trauma in Ukraine, daily facing death, destruction, torture, rapes, finding new mass graves of civilians on the de-occupied territories.
