After losing a family member to suicide recently I really wanted to do some kind of fund raising release for a mental health related charity. I don't want to go into just how much this has affected me as it isn't about me, it's about people being able to get the help they need.
Samaritans are available to be called or emailed 24/7 365 days a year and can be there for someone instantly while other services may take days, weeks or even months to come through.
