"I went through a similar situation. When I was younger, I was drawing comic strips almost whenever I had free time. They might have been terrible and have made me regress in term of quality of my art because of the simpler style, but I still adored making them. That lasted for a few years until my early teenage years where I started slowing down all the way to the point where I wasn't even thinking of drawing comics and I spend few years without even thinking of making a comic again. Then last year I started making comic books instead of comic strips... They are terrible... Really terrible... Like... Outstandingly terrible...
