Melbourne based indie-pop four-piece Royal East reveal their new single, ‘Get With Me’, produced and mixed by two-time ARIA Award winner Joel Quartermain (Eskimo Joe).
The track opens with sparkling guitar arpeggios and lead singer Pat O’Bryan’s warm vocals. The choruses break into bombastic gang vocals, offbeat guitar chords and sharp bass lines to provide a truly unique listening experience.

Pat talks about the meaning behind ‘Get With Me’:
“Get With Me is a summer romance introspective. The song begins as a sentimental morning serenade: ‘watch us rise, our hungry lungs
take in the breath’. That romance, however, is in constant tension with the chorus, which reveals that this song is actually an unrequited love-song. The instruments drop, leaving room for the realisation and accusation to ring out starkly: 'you only want to get with me tonight'. On the one hand, 'Get With Me' is all about falling head over heels and getting carried away.
But on the other hand, it’s a cautionary tale about getting burned. Hard."

Emanuel Querol (nacido en 1990 en Villa Lugano, Argentina) es un DJ y productor de Techno & Tech House con una trayectoria en constante crecimiento. Actualmente, es residente en Baren, uno de los puntos clave y más importantes de la música electrónica en Medellín, ciudad donde ha consolidado su carrera.

Sus producciones han alcanzado los primeros puestos de Beatport, y su música ha sonado en festivales como Tomorrowland y Exit Festival.

Querol es el fundador de Arrivals Medellín, un sello y plataforma creada junto al productor colombiano Juan DDD, con la misión de impulsar la música electrónica en Colombia y exportarla al mundo.

Varios artistas de renombre han brindado su apoyo a sus pistas, y algunos han remezclado su trabajo. Entre los nombres destacados por Emanuel se encuentran Uto Karem, Andres Campo, Paul Ritch, Gaetano Parisio, Luigi Madonna, Hollen, Oxia, Sinisa Tamamovic, Jay Lumen, entre otros.
