DJ Sandman, with a career longer than 20 years, is, without any doubt, the DJ with more experience in the Dark Scene in Barcelona.
He has worked for some of the most important clubs, like "La Nit" at the end of the 80's, the mythical "Toque BCN" in its first steps, "In-D" and "Hands Games", several sessions in some disco's in Zaragoza, Madrid and for sure Barcelona improve his hard and long career.
Recently everybody remembers him as DJ Sandman at "Sanctuary Electro Gothic Club", during 4 years he was at the front of the disco.
He deejayed one session at the Nachtwerk Musik Club in Karlsruhe (Germany) in 2006 and the Wave Gotik Treffen festival in the edition of 2008 in the Moritzbastei.
From 2005 to 2009 Dj Sandman has also had a monthly residency at the 666 club in Madrid. Resident DJ of the club Demonix from 2007 to 2011.
Currently has a monthly party called Transmission in the Antibiotic Bar dedicated to post-punk, cold wave, minimal wave, dream pop ...

Dj Sandman ha pasado por locales celebres de la ciudad, como La Nit a finales de los 80, el mítico Toque/BCN en su primera etapa, In-D y Hands Games, así; como sesiones en diferentes clubs de Zaragoza y Madrid.
Mas recientemente se le recuerda por los cuatro años al frente de Sanctuary electro Gothic Club.

Maybe it's a bit typical for Swiss alternative artists that they keep on hanging on that cold wave sound from the eighties but for me this is just a bonus.... Also Kinder, ich bin jetzt in Urlaub. Aller Vorausicht nach bin ich bis Weihnachten wieder da, aber die Vorbereitungen darauf sollten natürlich jetzt schon loslaufen.

Status:
Wie letztes Weihnachten im Internet gezeigt hat, heißt Weihnachten nicht mehr Weihnachten, sondern X-mas, also muss der Weihnachtsmann entsprechend auch ab jetzt X-man heißen.

Da X-mas quasi schon vor der Tür steht, ist es spätestens Anfang September höchste Zeit, mit der Weihnachtsvorbereitung zu beginnen – Verzeihung, es ist höchste Zeit, mit dem Weihnachts-roll-out zu starten und die Christmas-Mailing-Aktion just in time vorzubereiten.

Hinweis:
Die Kick-Off-Veranstaltung (früher 1. Advent) für die diesjährige SANCROS (Santa Claus Road Show) findet am 1. Dezember statt. Daher wurde das offizielle come-together des Organizing Commitees unter Vorsitz des CIO (Christmas Illumination Officer) bereits abgehalten.

Erstmals haben wir ein Projekt-Status-Meeting vorgeschaltet, bei dem eine in Workshops entwickelte to-do-Liste und einheitliche Job Descriptions erstellt wurden. Dadurch sollen klare Verantwortungsbereiche, eine powervolle Performance des Kundenevents und optimierte Geschenk-Allocations geschaffen werden, was wiederum den Service-Level erhöht und außerdem hilft, X-mas als Brandname global zu implementieren. Dieses Meeting diente zugleich dazu, mit dem Co-Head des Global Christmas Markets (früher Knecht Ruprecht) die Ablauforganisation abzustimmen, die Geschenk-Distribution an die zuständigen private-Schenking-Center sicherzustellen und die Zielgruppen klar zu definieren. Erstmals sollen auch sog. Geschenk-Units über das Internet angeboten werden.

Die Service Provider (Engel, Elfen und Rentiere) wurden bereits via Conference Call virtuell informiert und die Core-Competence vergeben. Ein Bündel von Incentives und ein separates Team-Building-Event an geeigneter Location sollen den Motivationslevel erhöhen und gleichzeitig helfen, eine einheitliche Corporate Culture samt Identity zu entwickeln.

Der Vorschlag, jedem Engel einen Coach zur Seite zu stellen, wurde aus Budgetgründen zunächst gecanceled. Stattdessen wurde auf einer zusätzlichen Client Management Conference beschlossen, in einem Testmarket als Pilotprojekt eine Hotline für kurzfristige Weihnachtswünsche einzurichten, um den Added Value für die Beschenkten zu erhöhen. Durch ein ausgeklügeltes Management Information System (MIST) ist auch Benchmark-orientiertes Controlling für jedes private-Schenking-Center möglich.

Nachdem ein neues Literaturkonzept und das Layout-Format von externen Consultants (Osterhasen Associates) definiert wurde, konnte auch schon das diesjährige Goldene Buch (Golden Book Release 2013.1) erstellt werden. Es erscheint als Flyer, ergänzt um ein Leaflet und einen Newsletter für das laufende updating. Hochauflagige Lowcost-giveaways dienen zudem als Teaser und flankierende Marketingmaßnahmen. Ferner wurde durch intensives Brainstorming ein Konsens über das Mission Statement gefunden.

Es lautet:
“Let’s keep the candles burning” und ersetzt das bisherige “Frohe Weihnachten”.

X-man hatte zwar anfangs Bedenken angesichts des Corporate Redesigns. Er akzeptierte aber letztlich den progressiven Consulting-Ansatz, auch im Hinblick auf das Shareholder-value, und würdigte das Know-How seiner Investor-Relation-Manager!
