TF #260: @chlo-lula [@aufnahme-wiedergabe] 

San Francisco-born, Berlin-based artist @chloe-lula has been involved with the electronic music scene for more than a decade. She started producing her first live sets in 2019, when she completed a month-long artist residency with Drew McDowall of Coil. The experience ignited her confidence in composition and allowed her to combine her classical cello training with electronics, melding granular synthesis with acoustic riffs and metallic percussion to create an alloyed brand of droned-out industrial electronica. Many of these jams ended up becoming the tracks on her debut EP with aufnahme + wiedergabe, where she’s been a resident for four years.

In addition to her career as a DJ, she is also a music journalist and a selector for her monthly punk show, ‘No Exit,’ on Refuge Worldwide Radio.

Dirty Epic welcomes aboard the mysterious @headlesshorseman-1 for its twenty-seventh episode of Amplify Series.

From the shadows to the stage, Headless Horseman's musical efforts are meticulously executed without compromise. The eponymous Headless releases sum up the modus operandi of this artist: dark, raw and rhythmic IDM flavoured Techno.

His hardware only live sets at Berghain, Berlin Atonal, Boiler Room and worldwide have showcased the Horseman’s insurmountable skills as a producer and cemented his place in today's techno scene.

For the last podcast of 2022 we wanted to bring someting special. We have a lot of artist's who inspired us to open Lethal Curse but there is one special duo called "Belief Defect" which had a huge impact on the idea of our label. It's also the first podcast ever made by them so we are trully honoured to be the vessel for it.

This recording is an excerpt of their closing set for New Brvtalism at Ohm last May.

trailers, commercials making off etc. He is currently immersed in creating a new projects with other alias, in 2016 and in just 3 months, he recorded his third album and the first with the new alias: "Slaugh † ered Sain †" , a much more sentimental and deep facet,
tracing dyes and structures that go the brutality of noise sounds of Pan Sonic and other genres such as the Dark Wave 80´s and industrial sound such as: Throbbing Gristle, SPK, Psychic TV, Death in June, Skinny Puppy, Klinik, Explendor Geometrico, etc .Underlining
them with convoluted breaks of IDM and Drones with an evil and depraved atmosphere.

Nowadays, he is working in parallel with Error Etica in another project called: “K3RN3L PØISSØN” focused on electronics, drum & bass, dubstep-techno and the most experimental and avant-garde electronics, with bars that come out of the 4x4 and Down
Tempo, breaks and textures created with digital synthesis programming and experimentation with modular synthesis and Audio Apps. his first work with this new alias called: “Hierarchy”, he has edited it on Redsonja label (Madrid).
A guy who moves away from trends and manners,showing a deep, dark and energetic crush, lots of energy!
