Dj Ben Simington is a truly exciting artist from Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Originally from London UK but moved to Spain in 1999 to pursue his love of dance music. 17 years later and Ben has held residencies in some of the biggest clubs in Spain,Ibiza and Tenerife as well as traveling the world playing guest spots in numerous venues clubs & festivals. He also travels worldwide working corporate events for companies such as Loreal , EMC Presidents Club and many more. 
   
      Musically Ben has a vast knowledge in all styles of house music and is always adapting his sets to keep all house lovers happy, no matter what genre the crowd desires.
      Bens speciality is House, Tech House and Techno, but can play all genres as he adds his own unique style and flavour by merging live elements to his set including various beat machines, synths and  production software. By doing this his sets are always new, exciting and very spontaneous.
       At this moment Ben is currently holding residencies at 
Papagayo Beach Club ,Tibu Marbella, SkyBar & Magic Club. 
    Jungle Juice is a event that he has been promoting & running though-out the Canary Islands & has held some wild crazy parties in 2019. Ben is taking the brand to Marbella, Ibiza 6 the uk in 2020.
   Ben has a popular radio show called “My House, Tu Casa” that features on Oasis fm (Tenerife) & House Party Radio (UK).



Recently Ben has supported and  worked with artists such as Solomon, Sasha, John Digweed, Paco Usuna, Todd Terry, HotSince82, Joris Voorn, Nic Fanchulli and many many more.
       
Ben runs & owns “Junes Studios” & “MaryJune” record label in the heart of Las Americas, attached to the studio he has included a very successful & popular Dj School that is into its second year.

Total Science - A Brief History

Jason Greenhalgh (Q-Project) and Paul Smith (Spinback) first met in 1987 brought together through their mutual love of hip-hop music. Over the next few years the pair developed a deep appreciation for Techno and Dance music at the beginning of its worldwide takeover. By 1991, Spinback was an established DJ, gracing the decks at events week in week out including the world famous “Universe”, meanwhile Q-Project had entered into the studio, his first release "Freestyle Fanatic", Their first label, Legend Records was launched with Q-Project’s highly acclaimed "Champion Sound" in 1992. It took their profile to new heights, and it remains one of the most influential tunes of its time and generation this was swiftly followed by the start of their early recording career together under the name Funky Technicians ……and so the unstoppable collaboration had begun.
In 1996, the well established pair launched the Computer Integrated Audio (C.I.A) label and the alias Total Science, was born. Over the coming years, Total Science had releases on all the major D&B labels including Metalheadz, Goodlooking, Moving Shadow, Hospital, Tru Playaz, 31 Records, Reinforced, Soul:r, Shogun Audio to name but a few, as well as releases under their own C.I.A. and various other imprints.

Total Science/ Q-Project have release 4 albums, however, the actual number of singles and EP’s the pair have released is currently an unknown quantity. Their relentless yearning to create music and dogged approach denotes there are just too many to mention! but defining tracks of Total Science 20 year career include:

The strength of his own recording label, which he runs with Alex Kenji and Luigi Rocca, is a testament to his intelligent foresight within his music. In a little under five years, 303Lovers and Hotfingers have both respectively find themselves being earmarked by major players like Richie Hawtin, Mark Knight, John Acquaviva, UMEK and Tiësto, Pete Tong, Bob Sinclar, Roger Sanchez, Axwell, David Guetta as a solid source of good quality electronic music...
