Hi everyone, here we are again, this time with Gatecrasher Experiences episode 14. Up next for the guest DJ mix, is Stevie Carnie from Edinburgh who has crafted a nice Early mix to add to the series. Stevie has been listening to Trance from the late 90’s getting inspiration from Sasha’s Millennium Eve set at the Gatecrasher Don Valley Stadium event, Stevie has been a passionate fan of Crasher from then on. Starting off with Stage one to set set the mood for the 3 hour journey, featuring classics like Underworld - Dark & Long, Sasha - Xpander, Stevie’s early mix takes you through a nice build of Progressive tracks to ease you into the uplifting Late mix. Speed is a US Florida native who grew up NYC tri-state area and took on a liking to Trance at an early age of his youthful years. He got his first pair of decks at 16 and would travel to Satellite records shop in Manhattan to get releases he heard on his pc. As time went on he grew a passion for his art in turntable beat matching and was inspired by the likes of the well-known big artists in the genre of Progressive, Trance, & Breaks. Later on, SpeedRising met up with Richard Sander the label boss of Saturn3 Records where Richard signed Speed's first track, Rouge City.
