Vapur's organic sound is the result of meticulous tweaking, carving and acoustic re-recording of synthesised elements. Coming from a background of detailed film and classical composition, the weathered, nocturnal character of Vapur's production is well-represented on his debut 2018 'Magnavox' EP.

The Sucked in Cheeks 420 friendly band from San Diego, Experimental /Dark electronica Noize /Industrial/Avante- Garde classically trained violinist, singer.  Studied Violin Public school hometown El Centro, CA  Central Union High School with Orchestra director Carol Sechrist and Skoritch.  Fashion Design at FIDM.  BA in Sociology from SDSU and Masters in Social Work from USC, currently earning certificate  or AA in Music.  All the higher education degrees earned up to now went towards improving my writing skills and personal growth (HaHa).   Founder of The Sucked in Cheeks influenced by Poet/musician/Artist Late Husband, Adam Cline. Boards of Canada is a Scottish electronic music duo comprised of brothers Mike Sandison (b. 1 June 1970) and Marcus Eoin (b. 21 July 1971). 

They have released a number of works, most notably Music Has the Right to Children and Geogaddi, with little advertising and few interviews. Their sound has frequently made reference to sounds of the 1970s and the 1980s. It recalls, amongst other things, the warm, scratchy, artificial sounds of 1970s television, and indeed, band members Michael and Marcus admit to being inspired by the documentary films of the National Film Board of Canada, from which the group's name comes.
