Seaside Sons are a 4 piece indie band from the Coastal town of Ayr in Scotland. The band members are 

Jason Skimming Vocals
Craig McGinn Bass
Pav Cathcart Guitar
Campbell Sproat Drums 

They started with long-time friends Jason Skimming & Craig McGinn getting together to write songs to play as an acoustic act, It wasn't long before they started to build a following and realise that it was time to take the music to the next level. Recruiting experienced guitarist Pav and seasoned drummer Campbell both formerly of Nelson Gem, the band have gone from strength to strength. 
Sharing song writing duties there's a wide scope of influences ranging from The Doors, Hendrix, The Beatles, The Small Faces to more modern acts such as Ocean Colour Scene, Oasis and Cast. 
One things for sure these four lads share a passion for good music and that's reflected in the songs they write.

Fresh from a massive hometown support with Britpop legends Cast, the band are already confirmed to support From The Jam and play at next years March of The Mods Teenage Cancer Trust event in Glasgow. 

Seaside Sons are looking to get out on tour in 2016 and hope to be coming to a town near you soon
