Lorenzo began training as a performer in The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab, where he graduated from the MusiKabataan and Musikabataan Advanced scholarship programs covering vocal performance, music theory, movement, and voice. In 2013 he helped create the group Part Four, known best for its hosting, vocal improvisation, a cappella and non a cappella music, and most recognised for their hosting and performances in the Akapela Open competition 2013-2015, as well as other concerts. 

He has had various experiences in the Philippine musical theatre industry, having musically directed, and performed lead, and ensemble roles in Blue Repertory’s “Summer Camp”, “Toilet: the Musical”, and “Urinetown: The Musical”, as well as Repertory Philippine’s 50th Anniversary production, “A Little Princess”, and, most recently, Philippine Opera Company’s “Passion”, which won 6 Gawad Buhay Awards in 2020. 

In 2018 he was selected to be a scholar of Philippine Opera Company’s Young Artist Series, and was part of the scholarship’s recital entitled “Oh Mario!” in CCP. 

From 2018 to 2020 he had joint projects with Philippine Opera Company both as a solo performer, and as part of Opus One, an all-male, classical crossover group that was nominated for Aliw Awards’ “Best New Artists (Group)” in 2019, as well as Philippine LEAF Awards’ “Outstanding Vocal Ensemble/Group” in 2020. They are best known for their viral cover of “Into the Unknown”, and for having performed in a variety of corporate shows and concerts, most noticeably Pinoy Playlist 2019, a back-to-back double-concert in Siliman University’s Luce Auditorium, Asia CEO Awards in Marriott Hotel’s Grand Ballroom, and Cardinal Tagle’s “The Word Exposed” in Araneta Coliseum. The group’s most recent works also include their performances in the online concert Dati Kong Paraluman, as we as a guest appearance on Net25’s Letters and Music. 

As a solo act for Philippine Opera Company, he performed in a variety of corporate shows and concerts, most notably, UST’s 79th Grand Alumnus Homecoming in Mariott Hotel’s Grand Ballroom (2018), Mary Christmas benefit concert at New Frontier Theatre (2018), a series of events for PNB’s Chinese New Year celebrations (2019), Puregold’s Negosyo Convention (2019), and most recently, MVMC’s Products and Services Launch (2020).

He also is currently active in the TVC scene, having done the lead vocals for the music in all of Wafello’s 2020 ads, as well as all the vocals in both Dunkin’ Donuts’ “Dunkin’ Boba TVC,” and an upcoming Shakey’s “Bring Back the Cheer” ad.
