LMR Entertainment and Management is an independent Australian Entertainment & Management company, with a heavy focus on the development, promotion and distribution of up and coming local & international artists.

Up to this point LMR has primarily worked within the Australian hip-hop scene to raise the profile of up and coming urban talent from across the country.
LMR’s primary objective is to foster and develop local talent at a “grass roots” level by providing a content creation (Music, New Media Etc.) and Distribution platform in conjunction with LMR’s Sister Company LMG Studios.

LMR is the brainchild of CEO, Rian “Manaz Ill” Kavanagh – who is globally considered to be one of Australia’s most successful battle MCs - Manaz has repeatedly represented Australia in top tier international battles, earning him the respect of veteran rappers and an international fan base.

Armed with over 5 years of experience as a recording artist and an extensive back catalogue of music, Manaz has now set about making the transition from the battle scene to the Australian music industry.

LMR is currently working on a multitude of major projects; with our primary focus being the release of 4 music projects over the next 4 months from the roster of LMR’s artists.

Originally from Wanganui, New Zealand, Holly-J catapulted onto the Australian music scene in 2009, and hasn't looked back since. During this time Holly-J has produced and played almost every musical genre known, earning a strong reputation by constantly delivering fun, raging sets filled with her vocal edits and remixes, and has proven time and time again to possess skills to switch effortlessly between genres, getting the crowd heaving every time she hits the decks.

From running a weekly club night at the iconic Wah Wah Lounge in Melbourne, producing and hosting weekly radio shows which aired on both Fox Fm Australia wide and The Vibe in Las Vegas, managing two Record Labels, producing music for her other alias JINIXIT (Trap), producing both commercial and underground music for the ‘Holly-J’ brand, tutoring students in Ableton music production, teaching herself video editing, to now setting up and running her own booking and Artist management company "CrewLess" - this bright-haired, ambitious kiwi sure knows how to capitalize on an industry that one might say she was born for.

This journey which has spanned almost a decade has lead Holly-J to perfect her craft and finally discover a sound she truly resonates with - blending energetic Psy-Trance with Trap elements, a splash of her beloved Metal vibes, catchy vocals, and heavy Minimal basslines.
