This weekend was our first rave back after what feels like being locked down forever. I am still buzzing. 

This is my set from TOYTOY Morning Glory at And Club, Johannesburg. 
I had a fantastic time playing for this special dance floor who are always up for anything. Having that bass run through my body again is THE BEST feeling ever.

Thank you to all the ravers who danced with me. It was so awesome playing for you and your energy was the perfect welcome home.

I tried keeping this one interesting with having variation with my track choice to keep the energy in the room. The set was all over the place but I love playing with variation. I tried pushing some of my own productions as well as releases on my label, just to educate everyone with our sound. I absolutely loved the energy from the crowd.

Daryn Steytler is a Techno producer from South Africa, Cape Town/Stellenbosch. His underground sound of production has seen this young talent play various spaces across the country.  Coming from a drummers background he uses interesting drum rhythms with raw ambiances, Modular sequences and tight percussions. Daryn Steytler is also the founder and director of LINKED which is an event company that feeds into the ever growing techno scene in Cape Town. He also runs his own independent label called KONCEPT which focuses on RAW/Deep/Hypnotic/Modular/Hard Groove/Dub production, inspiration coming from LINKED events and the sound that the event portrays.
