Dash sunset set at Zlati Grič for Glasbeni Labirint, a Slovenian music collective known for filming at beautiful, unique locations.

I decided to go with my current favorite happy-vibe tracks, mostly played and produced by my idols. Full of funky synths, with—of course—a retro touch.

BIO
Dash is a young Slovenian DJ based in Berlin, drawing inspiration from Italo Disco, Indie Dance, Synthwave EBM, and everything in between.

She is the founder and curator of Pozione d’amore, an Italo Disco event series held at Slovenia’s legendary Klub K4, a world-known venue with over 36 years of tradition. 
Through this project, she has introduced underground sounds to local audiences, sharing the
stage with artists like Kendal, Andi, and Maruwa.
Dash is also the curator of the Italo Disco programme at Klub K4.

Dash is no stranger to Berlins club scene, performing at venues like ELSE, Kater Blau and Aeden.
Her international podcast presence includes appearances on HÖR, Loone & FREMD (DE), Italorator (NL) and MINITEL & Monomoods Records (FR).

This summer also performed at some of Europe’s most respected electronic music festivals such as Fusion Festival (DE), Sonus Festival (HR) and Mahagoni Festival (DE), as well as iconic clubs like KitKat (DE),continuing the journey with performances at global landmarks of electronic music culture, including the prestigious Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE).

Desde Eslovenia escucha hoy a @dash_sl, que desde su residencia en Berlín nos trae un set especial donde nos expone su devoción por el Italo Disco, el Indie Dance y el EBM; estas líneas musicales han consolidado un estilo en ella al que ha querido siempre darle un toque underground, lleno de autenticidad y rareza. Como fundadora y curadora de Pozione d’Amore ha creado un espacio para este estilo en una serie de eventos de Italo Disco que se celebra en el legendario Klub K4 de Eslovenia. Su dedicación en los decks la ha llevado a apariciones internacionales en podcasts que incluyen HÖR & Loone (DE), Italorator (NL), MINITEL & Monomoods Records (FR) y otros. En el verano de 2025 actuó en algunos de los festivales de música electrónica más respetados de Europa, como el Fusion Festival (DE), el SONUS Festival (HR) y el Mahagoni Festival (DE).

Dash Live @HÖR Berlin - Pozione d'amore show - December 1st 2025

Not only are Nipplepeople one of my all-time favs (their Frka dropped 10 years ago in 2015 ), but the song actually carries an even cooler story from the 80s.

Originally written in 1981 for the Zagreb Festival, Frka was censored: Zdenka Kovačiček had to sing “bluzica” (little blouse) instead of “guzica” (ass). The track didn’t make waves back then… until decades later, when Nipplepeople reached out and turned it into the iconic hit we know today :) We added our little faster BPM / Indie Dance sparkle to it.
