This is a song from the mod called "After Prey" which I think is a pretty cool idea. We've always seen how prey ends, but not what leads up to fight or flight and all that, so this mod decided to take it into their own hands and do it themselves! Despite a few things being weird like the fact sonic can somehow sing with no damn limbs as he should've bled out, it's still funny to see him at least try, and that's kinda what makes the mod a fun mod to witness! The music is top-tier, but to be honest, I personally just like Insomnio the best so... of course, I uploaded it. Nobody else did. 

Composer: I don't know as of now, but I'll make sure to research and find out who made this song.
