Dion Hunt aka Dastardly Kuts is a veteran dance, hip hop and party style/ open format DJ who is also the driving force behind Brisbane based artist agency Kut Above Entertainment. As a DJ, Dastardly Kuts has been bringing his mashed up style of funky club flavours to Australia for over eighteen years in a career that has seen him warm up the decks for some of the most respected artists across the dance music spectrum. Having graced the stage at numerous festivals across the East coast including recent performances at Jungle Love, The Streets Beach Bash, Valley Fiesta and Regional Flavours whilst also holding down residencies at top Queensland night spots Solbar, Cloudland, Press Club and The Sound Garden, DKuts shows week in and week out that he’s equally at home entertaining some of the biggest dance floors in the country as he is setting the mood in the intimate surrounds of a small lounge bar.
