Carlo Lio and Nathan Barato are considered two of Canada finest exports to hail from Toronto’s underground scene in recent years. The duo have collaborated on many projects over the last decade, not forgetting their much loved moniker “The Roaches” – where they made an appearance together at last years Ultra Music Festival in Miami.

Combined the pair have both had their own individual releases on a selection of the top labels including Hot Creations, Suara, SCI+TEC, Toolroom, Cajul, Kaluki Music, Atlantic Jaxx and No.19.

Both no strangers to Saved with their own EP’s over the years, our Debut Transmission today - they bring their first joint collaboration to the imprint with “Feeding The Rhythm”. Chunky and funky, "Feeding the Rhythm" comes out of the gates with the groove on lock. Vocal stabs laced around a web of synth rhythms build this beast into its peak before dropping back into the percussive force Carlo and Nathan have become synonymous with.
