Space Stomper kicks off the release, full of energy, with perfectly layered rhythmic percussion and a driving low end. This an archetypal Libero driver.

Cheeba, while different in energy, brings the same level of groove, utilising hypnotic vocal stabs and intelligent drum programming to great effect.

Next up, Sebastian Ledhers remix of the B-Side utilises a stripped back approach with a focus on repetition, subtle rhythmic changes, and clean audio processing.

Closing up the release, Enrico Caruso’s remix of Cheeba kicks it up a gear with high energy drums, creating a peak time driver.

A humble house legend, Harry Romero cut his teeth during the heyday of New York’s vibrant club scene and has continually proven to be one of the finest advocates of bona fide house music ever since. Two of the UK’s most prolific producers Serge Santiago and Denney unite on an exclusive collaboration for Bambossa. The personalities and defined production styles of these two in-demand musicians clearly shine through on ‘What A Rush’, with each bringing their unique production flair to create a heavy hitting house number that means business. Bouncy, playful bass magnifies the retro feel all solid tech-house tracks should have, reminiscent of the 90s dancefloor renaissance. Seductive vocals wind around an upfront bassline, teasing along the track and building an undeniable tension that culminates with a frenzy of characteristic drops. ‘What A Rush’ holds its own provocative personality, a song that is ready to challenge and ignite tech-house dancefloors throughout and beyond 2022.

Techno supremo Markus Homm returns for his second outing on Kenja Records with a killer EP that includes a monster Chus & Ceballos Remix.

The lead track ’Back At It’ is a deep and minimal journey into melodic house. A track that keeps the energy levels high but the vibe is distinctly subtle with a lush mid track breakdown with its atmospheric pads, synth stabs  and that hypnotic rolling groove. ‘Casino’ is more driving with a building bass line and a more pumping groove. The vibe is still deep with bleepy synths and soft pads working the track into the night. Finally, house legends Chus & Ceballos deliver a simply ace remix of ‘Back At It’. They skilfully pick out all the key elements from the Original and turn it into a peak time banger!

Markus Homm has earned his place and position as a leading DJ & Producer on the International Techno scene. A regular at legendary Berlin clubs like Panorama Bar, Watergate and Tresor. He continues to push his musical development with his live shows, solo productions and successful collaborations with the likes of fellow countryman Mihai Popoviciu on labels like Stereo Productions, 8Bit, Poker Flat, Stil Vor Talent, Moon Harbour, Saved, Bedrock and many more.
