Paco Osuna's record label Mindshake welcomes a new groovy house EP from Iglesias.

Iglesias returns to Mindshake after recently dropping a remix of a track by DJ Oliver and Paco Osuna, this time the Spanish artist returns with two original tracks.

Known for his chunky basslines and flowing percussion, Iglesias has an accomplished back catalogue that includes tracks and remixes on labels such as Moon Harbour, Hottrax, Kaluki Musik, Elrow Music and Toolroom.

He is also an accomplished DJ who regularly plays at places like Amnesia in Ibiza plus numerous other prestigious venues around the world.

“Dance To My Drums” opens the release with its hip hop inspired vocals, acid-tinged bassline and techy percussion that creates a rolling groove full of uplifting energy. “Doobee Dub” is a stripped back cut with a muffled vocal sample and jackin' energy.

Born from Jamie Jones’ iconic event series, 2023 has seen Paradise evolve into a go-to destination for top-tier productions featuring artists like Jay De Lys, Mikey V and Gruuve. Now, in a first-time collaboration, Sicilians Cristian Viviano and Baglione, who have been garnering growing recognition through standout releases on Hottrax and CUFF, bring forth an irresistible house cut 'Somebody', complemented by a mega remix from the Hot Creations favourite, Manda Moor. 

The groove of ‘Somebody' reveals funky guitar riffs, catchy rap vocals, and house-infused shimmering chimes, building into a head-bopping bouncer perfectly crafted for big moments. Manda Moor then takes charge with playful, heavy-hitting drums loaded with swing and lively melodies for a fun-loving, feel-good anthem.

'Italian talent Ruben Mandolini joins Josh Butler’s Origins Rcrds imprint in late July to deliver his ‘Be Sensitive’ EP.

Founded in late 2016, Origins Rcrds has quickly become a go-to imprint for material across the house spectrum, boasting support from key players including Jamie Jones, Joris Voorn, Seth Troxler DJ Sneak, and Anja Schnider, whilst releasing material from Kerri Chandler, Huxley, Nick Curly and Bontan to name just a few. Having previously released on the likes of Saved, Stereo Productions and Sanity, not to mention his stand out 2012 single ‘Also!’ on Snatch!, here we see Italian DJ and producer Ruben Mandolini make his label debut with a slick two track offering on Butler’s Origins Rcrds entitled ‘Be Sensitive’.

Title track ‘Be Sensitive’ opens the EP in style as Mandolini combines a medley of crisp drum licks, classic vox samples and interjections with vibrant snare rolls to reveal a kinetic lead cut aimed at the dance floor. On the flip, ‘See The Blues’ takes up a more stripped back aesthetic, employing rolling percussion, infectious vocal hooks and rich pads amongst weighty kicks to shape up the release with authority.'
