Sometimes electronic music can be a confusing place with aliases and monikers muddling even the sharpest of minds, so when introducing today's Mix Of The Day contributors we thought we’d start by clearing up any ambiguities. No, Louis Vivet isn't the name of a high end champagne brand – although it does sound like one - and no, it isn't one person either – it is in fact the name of one of the US's fastest rising duos. Comprised of Nicolas II and Aria S, we’ve had our ears bent repeatedly by our overly suntanned friends in LA about their exploits on the decks, with the pairing quickly winning an army of fans for their exploits on stage and in the studio in the City Of Angels.

 Offering up a varied take on house that draws influence from across the spectrum of electronic music, it’s easy to see why their diverse, upbeat style has resonated with audiences Stateside and just why a number of tastemaking outlets are falling over themselves to tip them for future world domination.

So, go getters that we are, we thought we'd strike why the iron's hot and invite the dynamic duo to serve up a set of selections for our Mix Of The Day series.  So without further ado, may we present to you: Louis Vivet.
