A fresh face to emerge from the UK in recent years, Route 94 (birth name Rowan Jones) found himself being launched into the spotlight from the off when his debut track 'My Love' landed at number one in the UK singles chart back in 2014. For club focused music, this kind of exposure is rarely earned by emerging artists in such a short time frame and while it provided a huge platform to start out on his career,  Jones has opted to work backwards from commercial success down into the underground. His last, and second EP two years back, 'Misunderstood' dropped on Matt Tolfrey's off-centre house outlet Leftroom Records as a follow up to 'My Love' and was statement of intent of the direction he was moving into before he took time out from releasing his music to give him space to explore his growing hardware collection and sonic identity.

With his next Farringdon date slated for this Saturday night 11th June, we have been offered somewhat of a special privilege to break the producer's silence and share a selection of some of the productions that Jones has been working on during his transitional time in the studio these past couple of years, presenting a three track EP for download for free.

I've always wanted to do kinda of blues track, and i felt that this was the right time and EP to do it, The Reborn is groovy at a certain point, the but the vibe isn't happy all the time, and at this one, i wanted to do something groovy as it can get, and thats the result. During the process of production, Blazy came at my studio and heard the track, and suddenly he was: ''oh man, this is like Aura Vortex reading my mind kinda of track'', and after a few hours working together, the track was touched by this glance of power called Blazy.

SEBB JUNIOR hails from Spain and has only been into House music since 2013 so his progression is something quite incredible. After quality releases on LARGE, SALTED, MADHOUSE and his own label FRIGO VIDE, PAPA released SEBB’s debut album REWIND in 2017 to critical acclaim.

Originally from Bristol, England, BEN JACOBS aka CRACKAZAT is a multi-Instrumentalist and electronic producer. Since his emergence he has remixed for the likes of JOEY NEGRO and TOM MISCH and had numerous stunning releases on the wonderful Swedish label LOCAL TALK.

STUDIOHEIST are SCOTT LEE & ANDY CAIN, two music obsessed DJs & producers from Manchester, England. The guys have been dropping some quality tracks and remixes on labels such as LARGE, KING STREET, I RECORDS, GRAND PLANS & MOULTON MUSIC.

Bot and i come from completely different sides of the planet... himself, Italy and myself Australia. Funnily enough we were both born into the 4 elements of Hip Hop and then moving into the world of Techno. I think thats why Bot and I connected as people so well. In 2009, I consulted for, and appeared in, Activision's DJ Hero video game.   As part of my involvement, I performed at quite a few industry events and eventually did a couple of club dates.  Some of these sets were more rehearsed than others, and the quality varied.  This one, recorded live on Halloween night at a KCRW benefit, was far and away my favorite of the bunch...both in terms of technical display and song selection.  I'll post some of the other recorded sets later, there's some nice moments along the way.- DJ Shadow
