We welcome this versatile french DJ, who runs the Paris department of the great LYL radio. She's breaking barriers with her elusive taste that defies genre definition, embodying a great musical ethic throughout. Expect sensual, blacker than black body music. She's signed to the prolific french label Brothers From Different Mothers. So watch out for that. Tonight she'll rule the Intergalactic FM with us.

I discovered the French dj Gakona (@gakona) through the mix he made for the Basement Tales (@basement-tales). Gakona is associated to what I consider as two major crews of the electronic music scene in Paris : Dataglitch (@dataglitch) and Vagina Dentata. Dataglitch releases some exciting experimental electronic music. Vagina Dentata organizes some parties with always some excellent line-ups combining undiscovered talents and established names of the underground scene. 

Gakona gave me two mixes and asked me to choose, they were both great. I have chosen Attentat Sonique which was shorter but super powerful. Enjoy!

The EP's six tracks submerge the listener into an abyssal Detroit style electro-wave and synthesize the cinematographic melancholy of european landscapes into synth-wave elegies. Experimentation and synesthesia-overflowing cerebral cortexes make of Trente Oiseaux Familier's first EP a notable step for parisian label Dataglitch. With seventeen releases including three of them pressed on vinyl, the label carries on its quest exploring electronic dysfunction throughout its discography, experimentation, and workshops.
