T. Markakis, also known as Tasos Markakis, was born in Greece in 1986, where he currently resides. He spent much of his youth in Munich, Germany—a city that played a pivotal role in shaping his passion for DJing and music production. Immersed in its rich musical culture, he was inspired to develop his own unique blend of soulful, jazzy, and deep house sounds.
Renowned for his emotionally charged and melodically rich productions, T. Markakis has become a leading figure in the soulful and deep house music scene. His expertly crafted tracks have earned him a loyal global fanbase and have drawn acclaim for their depth, emotion, and timeless appeal.
T. Markakis’s music has garnered strong support from some of the industry’s most influential DJs and producers. His work has been championed by icons such as Bob Sinclar, Sam Divine, Mark Knight, Seamus Haji, Simon Dunmore, Kevin Yost, Todd Terry, Roger Sanchez, David Morales, The Shapeshifters, and many more.
