Still on label take over month with Let Techno unite Records Mtrex is a seasoned techno producer and DJ whose roots go back 35 years—shaping raw, analog-driven sounds with the minimal tools of the era. After a long hiatus, he reignited his creative fire in 2021, now fully harnessing modern production tools to sculpt a hypnotic, high-energy signature sound.

Known for his addictive grooves, underground spirit, and a playful twist of weirdness, Mtrex delivers DJ-friendly weapons that pulse around 140 BPM. But for this set, he dials it down to a steady 130—warming up for The Gathering, the upcoming Let Techno Unite showcase where he’ll go B2B with his son: Maszlo.

Maszlo is a rising force in purist techno. Active in the Dutch underground rave scene—including the more secretive, off-grid events in Amsterdam—he brings raw, hypnotic hard groove unfiltered energy to every performance. A student at the renowned Herman Brood Academy, he’s set to enforce one of Amsterdam’s leading collectives in cutting-edge electronic music. Stay tuned for that!
