It has been a long time since I played in the CA desert. This was my first time in almost 3 years. I asked the promoter to place me around 6am. I have always loved DJing in the desert when the sun is new on the horizon. As typical I did not know what I was going to play. I just vibed off the location, the sun, the people dancing. I picked out some new stuff for the set but I also played a lot of older stuff that I just love playing that I have played in a while. Hope you enjoy.

What a night. The last time I played at Space Taco was back in August of 2019 while I was still living in Hawaii. That was such a fun night, but this past Tuesday was next level. The club just opened back a few weeks ago from lock down and it is coming on strong. I forgot to press record for the first 30 min of my set so this is only a hour of my 90 min set. At least I captured this much. Bass House, Tech House, House, Disco House. Pretty much if you like your house uptempo and funk, we got something for you here.

I picked up some new tunes on vinyl and digital as well and just tried some stuff out. Started around 99 BPM and got up to 107 BPM at the end. Perfect for watching the sun set into the Pacific Ocean.
