Cyprusian is back with EP002 of his show “State of Techno”. As promised, from EP002 the second half of the show will feature a guest mix. 

For EP002 Cyprusian has invited Kaidun and April, residents and founders of E Chorus Uk, a techno night in Leeds UK. They have curated a set using vinyl and digital techno, breaks and electro tracks. 
Their party focuses on showcasing the UK’s most exciting techno talent, making the most out of the city’s intimate clubs & spaces. Previous guests include Yant (SKeleven) and Stevie Cox (Sub Club), two up and coming artists that represent the diverse Chorus sound. In 2021 Chorus has a plethora of UK talent locked in for Q3-4 to be announced later this year.

April is the pseudonym of Leeds based DJ & Promoter, Ben Moulson. Often claiming he was born “20 years too late”, April’s taste lays within the ‘glory days’ of techno, with a heavy focus on early 2000’s hard-groove. April curate’s his sets with a contrast of the old-school and the new, combining fast and funky grooves, with gritty textures and uplifting melodies. 

Kaidun is a 21 year old artist from the north-west who DJ’s & produces a wide range of dance music. In this mix, he alternates between some of his favourite techno & electro records from the likes of Hadone, Aloka & his all time favourite, Robert Hood, with plenty of groove throughout.

State of Techno EP002 will air at 22:00 pm GMT on 17/4/2021.
