Criz Steel was one of the pioneers in promoting the electronic music in Cyprus. He started in 1996 with radio shows as his first contact with the field and then moved into playing as resident Dj in local clubs on a professional level. As he adored playing music, in 2003 he decided to move to Greece to study Dance Music production in SAE institute, Athens. His work portfolio includes some the most reputable local night clubs in Cyprus and festivals . In addition, he had the opportunity to showcase his music in various places in Bulgaria, Greece and London. During his career to-date he played alongside various international Dj’s in Cyprus.  
What fascinates him the most, is finding innovative ways of approaching electronic music, by using the latest technological music advancements. Criz Steel made a pause in his career for 7 years due to family reasons but in 2019 he decided to return with a dynamic comeback to the music that he loves.
