This first episode of Under the Hood with Emerald Lotus shines a light on the delightfully musical "Sunflowers EP" on Rosebloom Records, and introduces Lotus as a DJ and host. In Future, a small section will be spent each week on musical analysis, showing a spotlight on why our favourite music makes us groove - and then delivering a DJ set to match whatever has been discussed. This month, expect funky, jazzy, upbeat Drum and Bass and Jungle.

Under the Hood with Emerald Lotus #001 [19-6-24]

The second Under the Hood radio show delves deep into hardcore, aggressive, and experimental Drum and Bass. Lotus introduces his harder style of production, focusing on the "Maestro" EP, and then going on a huge, 45 minute long journey, sprinkled with wisdom and musical insights, for that sorely-infrequent extra context from the DJ.
