Charis 'Frequency' [Phase Records DNB]

Xyde is a drum and bass producer and DJ currently taking the Drum and Bass scene by storm. As one of Phase Records DNB’s core producers and A&R managers, he is quickly establishing himself as a well-respected artist in the underground circuit.

Hailing from Italy, Xyde has spent the last twenty years dedicating himself to music. With a background in heavy metal, he made the switch to drum and bass and has gone at it with his full force! With a sound categorised by heavy, rolling and dark energy – his skill and flair have been catching the eye of many labels in drum and bass. 

Other than Phase Records DNB, you can find Xyde releasing on the likes of TrES-2b, Grid, Incurzion, 4 Corners and Innerground.

From listening to my first rave tape, the sounds introduced to me, blew my young mind. Fast forward to many years later I met a group of like minded friends who had turntables that I could play on which started my desire to learn to play. Whilst attending the underground raves I met a group of friends who was interested in forming a sound system, which became the notorious Koalition Soundsystem which played at various raves across the country. After the raves died down I had the opportunity to present various internet radio shows inviting local talent to play alongside me for many years. As well as playing at clubs and festivals across the country. Lately I have joined up with a group of friends which then became, True F'RMS! Where we have been doing livestreams on internet radio station and studios like Rough Tempo, Dose radio and Silverback studios as well as a few others. Also we had a ep come out on Rawdio recordings as well as some forthcoming releases.

Wilkz is a drum and bass dj and budding producer based in Oxford. Currently a resident artist at Phase Records DNB, his style and tastes follow the imprint of the label he is part of. His sound is dark, techy and gritty. 

Having gained respect as a talented and unique DJ, he is now focused on learning production and is looking forward to eventually being able to add his own personal dubs to his sets and mixes.

Kwatee is the project of Nikita Nova, Moscow based electronic musician and dj. After a years of multi-genre music production experience, big love to psychedelic and bass music genres Kwatee project was born. That journey has just began and throught the blend of world music melodies, serious sound design, mind bending glitch patterns, flavored with fine beats and groovin' basslines, Kwatee evolves his sound to deliver to the listener the deepest transformational experience, making your mind, body and soul wobble in the rhythm of love and light.

He started his career in 2022 with his debut EP “Throb” on Mudra Music label, but had already performed at the most famous psychedelic festivals and parties in Russia (KISSMABASS Festival, Systo Togathering, Chill Out Planet Festival, Skazka Festival and more). Now he is working on his second EP and a debut Kwatee album.  

Beside that he is running few more side projects in Psytrance and Organic/Downtempo music.
