Having spent the last few years going from strength to strength on his musical journey, it's been a blend of introspection and originality that has seen London-based MC and vocalist Duskee cement himself at the forefront of the D&B world. Now building on previous collaborations with the likes of K Motionz, Bru-C, Monrroe, Disrupta, and Annix, Duskee links up with none other than Satl, DRS & Verbz on the impeccable sounds of 'So Fly'.

A perfectly curated lyrical 101 on how to write top-tier bars and deliver them in expert fashion, Duskee, DRS, and Verbz all showcase honest, inward, and intricate wordplay paired with their signature distinctive rhymes and flows. Satl's liquid production is nothing short of sublime too - firmly solidifying this melodic drum and bass sprayout as one of the standout link-ups in the scene this year.

Furry Dude. Fat Dxxk. Fun Drain. Fairly Disappointing. Fxxkin Dutty. 

It’s true that FD can be, and mean, a whole number of things. And he has his friends (let’s call them this for the sake of this piece) to thank for a wealth of fun and exciting possible names he can use. If only he’d thought of this when quite willingly accepting FD as his DJ name, rapidly and untested-ly bestowed upon him in his teenage years. But he didn’t. And so now here we are. And here he is. Floppy Dingbat. 

Luckily for us, it seems he decided to use his ‘Fxxkin Dutty’ pseudonym when he sat down to remix this classic Total Science track. 

‘Kingpin’ first surfaced in 2002 when it headed up the pretty awesome ‘Tuned In’ album and was also given the remix treatment by the legendary Future Cut shortly after. 

Come 2024, it was definitely ready for another update and luckily for us, and for you, FD has delivered a version which has his trademarks stamped all over it - and it’s Fxxkin Dutty.
