Soul Deep Digital and Dan Guidance are proud to present the Instant Connection EP, which is now available in all major digital stores and streaming sites.  The U.K.-based producer returns to the imprint and delivers a beautiful set of Liquid compositions that show off his keen song-writing ability.  Dan Guidance continues to build an impressive catalogue of songs, and the “Instant Connection EP” is another journey into his creative world.  

The release kicks off with the hypnotic sounds of the title track, “Instant Connection.”  The song is highlighted by steady ticking drums, warping keys, edgy mid-basslines, and a mesmorizing backdrop os synth pads and strings. “Fuzzy Buzz,” is up next and drifts along with its warm piano chords, crunchy drums, rolling sub-bassline, and ethereal vocals.  “Find Me,” is up next and captures a more dance floor vibe with its reese baseline, epic vocals, drenched backdrop, and stripped down drum pattern.  Dan Guidance lays down the wicked Liquid/Jungle vibes in the track, “This is the Last Time.”  The track blends wandering horn riffs, echoing vocals, and a warm sub-baseline, falling underneath a choppy Jungle break.  “When There’s Soul,” rounds things out in style with its echoing piano keys, airy pads, snappy drums, and bouncing bassline.  Dan Guidance continues to make a name for himself in the production scene.  The Instant Connection EP will further expose the listeners to the magical production skills that he possesses. Irish imprint Rua Sound continue their journey to the cutting edge of experimental D&B with a fresh EP from Lewis James. 'Clash' melds a host of different influences, with soft, evocative synths on the intro giving way to darker elements as the tune drops into a weighty slab of jungle-infused halftime. Skittering drums and a big bad bassline are present and correct and the arrangement eschews the traditional "intro-verse-breakdown-verse-outro" format in favour of a gradual build and then a gradual fade, something we don't see nearly enough of in the rigid structures of modern dance music. Watch out for the EP coming March 2nd at all good stores...
