Nymfo & Philth make their collaborative debut for Dispatch with two tracks of pure tech funk and groove.

Working together for the first time revealed a shared focus on a 'vibes first, mix down later' ethos that brings the flair and energy their music is known for. 'Juggernaut' was cooked up during Philth’s flying visit to the Netherlands and the equally rolling 'Infection' was the result of this quick fire methodology, ensuring that initial creative spark is captured in full.

A long overdue linkup which may leave you wondering why this superb meeting of minds took so long to come about.

We took our time in preparation for this one, ensuring the right decision’s were made when selecting which tracks to release. We simply couldn’t ignore Shoot, the title track for a reason. Causing chaos around the globe, this one features signature synths coupled with an infectious melody that makes this track the perfect weapon of choice for one to destroy any dance floor! On the flip we have Game, this track has been around for a while and proves itself to stand the test of time, still retaining the initial impact it had all those months ago when it started its life as just a humble idea. PREMIERE: Recon 'Irusu' [Identity Records]

Headroom keeps the vibes going on his track “Primordial.” Crafting a solid kick drum and snare that blend perfectly for that dark snapping rhythm, it’s a track that reminds how addictive simplicity is. The constantly twisting and mutating sound of the distorted bassline find their way into the deepest recesses of the mind, exposing parts of it typically left untouched. All of these elements combine into a killer track that helps push DnB in exciting new directions.

Lastly, we are given “Get Money” by PhoroptiC – a heavyweight roller with a throbbing bassline the likes of which you’ve never heard before. It is an unrelenting masterpiece that perfectly encapsulates the anxiety of pursuing wealth, which is done by blending the consistency of a roller with the deep lurch of dark DnB. This is the exact kind of tune that is surprisingly addictive, as once heard it refuses to leave your head nor do you ever want it to.
