Luka Rakovic, better known as Dub Raid, is a music producer and DJ hailing from Novi Sad, Serbia. His journey in music began as one half of the Drum & Bass duo Netics, alongside Aleksandar (Miles High). Since stepping onto the scene in 2012, the pair released several tracks and earned spots at celebrated events like Goodfellas and Barely Legal, performing alongside notable names such as Codex, Senzzor, Billain, and Baseline Crew. They also made their mark on the festival circuit, appearing at major bass music events like Outlook Festival.

Now pursuing his solo project as Dub Raid, Luka focuses on developing a distinctive sound that defines his musical identity. Beyond his work as a producer, Luka is a skilled concept artist and graphic designer. He has contributed his creative talents to Codex’s Metnem Records, crafting striking cover artworks that complement the label’s cutting-edge releases.

Compilations don't get much bigger than this; across two high energy mixes we’ve brought in sterling submissions from our ever-growing roster of talent, strong highlights from the last twelve months and most importantly shiny diamond cuts to look out for in 2017. Find 20 brand new tracks from key players such as S.P.Y, Logistics and Anile, and an exclusive Metrik and Fred V & Grafix collaboration. They took time out of their busy DJing schedules to join forces on ‘Tension', encapsulating their love for euphoric dancefloor smashers.

This outstanding double disc billows at the brim with iconic D+B producers such as Noisia, Spectrasoul, Break and High Contrast as well as showcasing music from some of our most exciting new talents, including Urbandawn, Hugh Hardie, and Med School’s Whiney. Leaders of the new generation and purveyors of dancefloor chaos Serum, Voltage and Bladerunner return to the frontline of drum & bass with their debut, self-titled album ‘Kings Of The Rollers’. Whilst each has their own high-grade production style, these three royals have managed to create a sum greater than their parts, as they steamroll through all the rules to deliver an absolute bruiser of an LP.

Across seventeen tracks expect up-front rollers, techy 2-step beats and pure knockout D+B bangers, complemented with slick jazzy numbers and a wide variety of vocal-lead tracks. It’s safe to say they've lived up to the hype with their most dynamic and diverse release to date.

Amongst the carnage highlights include ‘You Got Me’. A towering tear-out beast ladened with thrashing amens and a thundering bassline that’s ready to push every speaker to it’s limits. Low frequency growler ‘Shella’ is peppered with steppy jungle nuances, with Mancunian dance music innovator Chimpo featuring on both production and vocals for an all-round roughneck sheller. ‘Round Here’ is a brazen jungle prowler with Bristolian lyricist Redders at the helm for a future classic anthem.

Whilst being predominantly known for their heavyweight productions and outrageous D+B screamers, the new album also showcases a variety of different flavours. Jungle roller ‘On The Run’ features the smooth spoken word of Queen Rose and ‘Tisno’ brings a warm steppy swing, inspired by their time spent at the very first Hospitality On The Beach.

Hospital’s three kings have set the scene on fire with their electrifying DJ sets and headline festival performances. Their new 'Royal Rumble' tour takes them all over the UK in 2019 with shows in London, Bristol, Brighton, Manchester and beyond.

Invadhertz hail from a destination that specialises in the same dark and heavy music as they themselves do; Italy is celebrated for its moody club spaces and hard-hitting sounds and this is where Invadhertz drew their inspiration from. Now finding their place within the London scene, they’ve been building their place within its trenches and from here they’re about to unleash yet another groundbreaking EP. Having already released on the likes of Flexout Audio and Addictive Behaviour, they return to the back catalogue of Delta9 Recordings for four tracks EP plus a huge remix by the absolute legend Fre4knc.

‘Neo Tribes’ is your enticement, with patches of rolling, ominous percussion and a painstakingly engineered sound design. It steps through the mix with each meticulously constructed sixteen bar, becoming more and more overwhelming as it breaks and you’re driven through every intricate layer. LaMeduza joins Invadhertz for ‘Take Me Places’, with its soft drum rhythms and delight vocal overtures which makes this track the "gem" of the EP. Following this absolute mastepiece we'll find "No One" which will enchant you with his groovy rhythm and a sharp drum work, and slowely bringing the EP to the next tune. Coming next you'll find "Not Enough" another deep roller unique for its chords' work which progression will bring you over an endless journey.

Fre4knc is the next artists who jumps on board with a remix of the already known collab between Invadhertz and Qua Rush, a brooding record which becomes more intense as it plays out, with each punching beat and weighty sub roll. Fre4knc know how to create a track which is thumping, tech-filled and packs a punch with every layer.
