Derrick Thompson aka Deebo Thompson is a POSITIVE hip hop artist. My music is full of moral worth and is meant to be encouraging, uplifting and meditative. While the primary focus is to entertain you, the secondary goal is to offer something more. As a family man, a poet, a brother, son and friend, I ask only to take my music at face value. I won't demean your intelligence, insult your ears or degrade you. I ask that you play each track with the thought that it's you and I having a conversation about a topic and it's my turn to talk ;).  I have been recording here in Germany for over 10 years. I don't say that I'm better than anyone. It's insane to build a body of work and forget to give it legs to stand on. My platform is centered upon "Thinking Better/Believing Better".
