James Harman is a Multi-Instrumentalist, who began learning music at age 8 on the Viola and Piano using the Suzuki Method. He soon switched to classical training and by the age of 16 he sat First Chair for the Eugene Symphony. 

At age 17 James was scouted by a Professor at the acclaimed Juilliard School of Music, but lacking a solid foundation and proper support he was unable to attend and instead found his way into the Navy. 

Today James is a Student at Norfolk State University where he is set to Graduate Spring 2017. Although James had a difficult upbringing and spent time in the Foster Care System after being separated from his family, he never lost his love for Music. Adopted at age 11, James attributes much of who he is today to his adopted family who took in he and his brothers.
