What is up with me?”&nbsp; Do any of those sound familiar? Hey, we all feel scared and like we're not doing enough sometimes, right? Our brains will run wild with thoughts, but approximately 80% of them are negative. it's just part of being alive. So, we had this topic come up in The Club recently and one of our community members shared this… “You will never be doing enough because enough is not a thing I can define. What is enough? The key is you might just find a way to be with that feeling.&nbsp; And then she went on to say, “I have a lot of decision fatigue right now. And writing this comment is actually helping me.” How fantastic!
