This song depicts racing thoughts that come with manic episodes, bringing very real conditions to life through its repetitive lyrics. It’s about finding avenues to relieve and slow down said thoughts as well as calming the anxiety that comes with it all. My hope is to reach those that can relate, as well as bring awareness to the reality of living with mental health conditions- done so with a touch of jazz and hip hop fused.

CMU uses natural & electronic musical instruments, multi layered acoustic and electric guitars, synthesizers, piano, bass, natural and electric drum mixes to create a masterful movement, composition, and engineering timing.
