María Barrios, aka Ld Blue en la escena musical barcelonesa, empieza a explorar el mundo de la música soul, r&b, jazz y blues desde su tierna infancia, bailando desenfrenadamente al ritmo de Marvin Gaye , Aretha Franklin, Otis Redding o Stevie Wonder en el salón de su casa.

Pasados unos años, estos géneros se mezclan con el hip hop, rap, dub, funk y dan lugar a una historia musical de golpes profundos, sonidos negros y de gatillo fácil, temas que se combinan apretujados en selecciones de ritmos que nos permiten recorrer con avidez las callejuelas, plazoletas y soportales desde Cabrini a Hitsville y desde el Spanish Harlem a South Central.
