Two Kings

"The Label" is a raw, intense exploration of mental health diagnosis and societal hypocrisy, channeling the raw vulnerability of Radiohead's "Creep."
It tells the story of being given an official classification ("The Label") as a child for seeking help, only to be rejected and stigmatized by the same institutions later in life because of that very designation. It's a shout against a system that attempts to heal and then chooses to exclude.

Two slogans, one artist: a lifelong music lover who refuses to let time dull the spark.

Starting out in 1989, Dave spent the early ’90s writing songs and building bands, shaping ideas in rehearsal rooms long before laptops and plugins ruled the world. Then life accelerated—fast—and the dream had to wait its turn.

In 2023, the pause finally ended. With a mini studio packed with drums, keyboards, guitars, a whole arsenal of mics, hardware mixers (seriously, so many mixers), and the recording gear modern music demands, Dave returned to what mattered most: creating. Not as a polished pro, but as someone who never stopped caring, listening, learning, and imagining.

Across the years he’s walked under many names—Dave Cube, D©evil, Dave Legend, Player7o—but the mission stays the same: make honest music, built from passion, persistence, and a little darkness around the edges.
