This time of the year when I try to put together something that would reflect what I would do if I am blessed with the opportunity to play on one of Rainbow Serpent Festival stages. I was lucky and so grateful in 2018 to play a sunrise set on the sunset stage... it is like a virus, I would like more now :)

Rainbow Serpent 2020 Application Mix

i'll set the scene. It's 5am and my wife and I begin a 7 hour bus journey from the south of montenegro up to croatia. 

the coast along the adriatic sea has some of the most beautiful views in all my travels around the world and while I let the scenery wash over me I felt inspired to make a mix. 

this set doesn't follow any genre or real method to its madness its just a bunch of music I felt like listening to in the moment. 

it starts out a little bit deep and wonky and as we progressed along the coast and the sun and temperature began to rise so did the tempo and energy of the music.

This mix is meant to showcase how Rainbow Serpent has influenced me musically. It is compiled of the type of Progressive House that I would play at Rainbow, given the chance.

With a career spanning nearly 20 years Dave Juric is a true multi-genre specialist. Known for his expertly-crafted warm up sets for progressive heavyweights like Henry Saiz, Hernan Cattaneo, Guy J, Oliver Schories & Danny Howells he has proven is equally adept at priming the dance floor for house and techno artists like James Zabiela, Patrice Baumel, Stacey Pullen, Thomas Schumacher, Matthias Meyer & Metodi Hristov.
