Over The Moon features ENCOUNTERS in this episode. Encounters, from Bay Area based producer Tyler Hovestadt, is a downtempo electronic project blending ambient, downtempo, and live percussion that seeks to find balance between organic musicality and electronic exploration. In August 2022, Encounters released his debut "A Path Beyond" followed by "A Path Beyond Remixed" in 2023, and “Circuit Breaks” in 2024 with “Veil of Echoes”, his first full length album, scheduled for release near the end of 2025. Encounters has performed electronic music festivals in Europe and America including appearances at Astronox, Infrasound and Stilldream, as well as supporting renowned artists such as Carbon Based Lifeforms, Bluetech, Desert Dwellers and Kaya Project. This "The Other Side" studio mix: "is about transitions: the quiet spaces between chapters, between clarity and confusion. It’s where I’ve found myself lately, in the fog, in the drift, somewhere in between. This mix weaves together new remixes and unreleased music from my upcoming album, Veil of Echoes; pieces that have been slowly taking shape over time. I hope these sounds offer you space to feel, reflect, or just breathe for a while."

ENTANGLED MIND takes us Over the Moon with Nocturnal Drift: “I was very excited to be invited to share a guest mix for the Over the Moon Radiozora series, as it has been a perfect opportunity to dive deeper into the expansive chiller side of my project. Featuring a number of unreleased works in progress, as well as some favorite selections from my discography, ‘Nocturnal Drift’ is a soundtrack to help your mind and heart unwind and drift into a blissful, dreamlike state, where you can hear what you need to hear and feel what you need to feel.” Entangled Mind is the alias of Marissa Barbato, a Boston-based producer and lifelong musician. Balancing organic instrumentation with skillful electronic production, they use sound as a medium to inspire connection. With intuitive phrasing, complex layering, and thoughtful arrangements, they weave together their own recordings and carefully crafted sounds into meaningful commands of tension and release.

"Return to a Distant Star" from Dave Luxton's 2010 studio release "Portal". Portal is one of Dave Luxton's best selling albums. The album was a featured release one numerous radio shows such as Musical Starstreams and Stillstream Radio. Dave's use of cascading layers of strings and droning pads along with intentionally minimal but effective melodies create mysterious, three dimensional atmospheres.

Dave Luxton is the creator of atmospheric soundscapes and ambient electronic music. He is the founder of the Pacific Northwest-based labels Mysterious Light Music and Wayfarer Records and is a music producer. As a classically trained multi-instrumentalist composer, his filmscores cover the gamut of musical styles.
