Dave O'Neill is an Irish singer songwriter. At the age of 16, Dave was given a guitar by his grandfather and went on to teach himself how to play. Having dropped out of college and worked jobs such as on building sites,guitar stores and a hardware shop, Dave fell in love with giggin at the age of 20. Playing the circuits around Ireland and Europe he started to collect songs he had written himself. It soon became clear to him that it was through his own music and through peoples reaction to it, he found the most satisfaction in music. Influences in O'Neills songwriting are vast and come from the likes of Travis, Billy Joel, Paolo Nutini, James Blunt, Oasis, The Frames and Elton John. Dave's first solo album, 'Say Something' is due to be released in June 2014.
