Started Dj'ing in the mid to late 90's and before long was playing Progressive and Hard House at venues in the South West as a resident for Big Hammer Promotions. Known back then as Superfly Sy he played alongside the likes of Lee H, Dj Ster, Creature Craig, Kev Smoothhound Walters & Rowland the Bastard to name a few.

After a long time out and rebooted as SfS he is back on the decks mixing Hard House on vinyl and has also moved to digital format, mixing Hard House, Hard Dance, Hard Trance and Psy Trance.

Hey everyone! Originally born and raised in Portugal before moving to the US and now residing in Germany, I've always had an inclination towards club music as they used to call it. Right now, I'm just having a blast experimenting with DJ equipment at home for pure enjoyment such as Traktor PRO 4 and TRAKTOR KONTROL S4MK3. You can catch me streaming on TikTok. Being a regular at Gatecrasher back in the 90s set my lifelong love affair with trance. Any set I create I want to create an experience for the listener and something unique.

This year I achieved my dream of playing live in a club when I won the Paul Clarke DJ competition. Since then I have played in the iconic Godskitchen, won numerous competitions and have gigs coming up in Poland, Leeds and Peterborough early in 2024. 

I will be playing Afterhours FM alongside some of the worlds biggest trance DJs on new years day.

For over 3 decades I have been in love with this music, starting off raving in the 90's to hardcore and transitioning to trance and never looking back. 

Taking to the Digital Decks to mix the music I love in my man cave AKA the 'Trance Shed' my show 'Trance on the Hillz' was born. 

I am trying to create a unique style which represents my taste, all type's of trance will be played but always edging towards the harder sounds.

I am currently playing on After Hours FM as a resident every fourth Monday of the month from 3.00pm - 4.00pm UK Time, so please join in for some great mix's and support myself and the show.
