From the moment I received my very first guitar, I wanted to create music. Before I had learned any chords,  I co-wrote my first song with  school friend Darren Trudeau. Darren and I would would write many songs together.. go to recording school,write and record  some of my best work to date, eventually  releasing an album of originals in 1996  Red Eye Jack-Eyeglass as well as many other unreleased songs. We where partners.
Because I learned to write so early, I have always considered myself a song writer, playing covers was never my intention or my "thing". ( I find it very difficult to play like someone else, that is why i very rarely play guitar solos note for note) covers just kind of happened...it was a way to get "gigs".
  As life has gone on for me, I have accumulated a fairly deep catalogue of original song "demo"s that very few people have ever heard. (not that anyone should hear them either) but there is songs to be finished, and music to be made. So in my spare time I am currently re-recording old songs and in many cases finishing these song ideas. I haven't had a steady song writing partner for many years so i can be very slow at finishing things on my own.  I hate writing lyrics and have a true phobia about my voice, at the sametime I find it strange to hear someone else sing my lyrics....I know I could probably never sing this stuff live but truly probably never will.  At times I  have worked with others and I will try to include everyone that contributed to each song in the song  descriptions.
I have come to believe "if nobody but me ever hears my art, than it may as well have just stayed in my head" so I have decided to show you some  the art that I have spent my life obsessing over.  I hope you enjoy.... or at least appreciate it for what it is.
