Just like Vol 1. earlier this year, it’s a compilation filled to the rim with catchy blessings, making sure that you can withhold from the winter to coming.

Noticeable amongst this compilation’s 19 blessings is the opener ‘Aviator’ by the inventive, percussion- based ensemble Sun Creatures consisting of the two musicians Arto Eriksen and Fridolin Nordsø. A sexy jazzy single that could have come out of a stripped-down Love Unlimited Orchestra tune. Another addition is Brit- ish-Chinese DJ and producer Ken Fan that delivers a slice of surging euphoria with ‘Desire’. It’s an operatic journey of blissful pads and majestic piano rises, sus- tained by dynamic drum work. Furthermore, it’s the first single from Ken Fan’s forthcoming project with MFD.

Label-boss Kenneth Bager, the Turkish islandman and Jez Phunk has gotten together and created the won- der ‘Lost’, an exclusive for this compilation. ‘Lost’ is a ra- ther up-tempo chill-out tune with a catchy bassline, chords, shouting tales and a violin solo. DJ Disse’s iconic track ‘Taxi to War’ has been remixed by new- comers Subnesia so “la la lay” yourself through your day.

CHAIRNOGOODFORBACK is featured with their single ‘High Mountains Wild Rivers’. The duo says that they wanted to reflect the stream of consciousness and the idea of being able to comprehend and overcome sit- uations in life through common sense.

Finishing off Copenhagen 2022 Vol. 2 is Venezuelan Vi- nicio Adames who’s won several awards for his sound- tracks on Venezuelan movies. This time he’s featured with a church like ‘Ocre’.

subspiele: why did you call the mix "feelings" ?
julia: The name of mix is Feelings. Spring is a romantic time,some of tracks have the names - Kisses, Lover and friend, Lips...thats why I called my mix like that. )

subspiele: where did you record the mix ?
julia: I recorded it at home, long time I didnt have free time and inspiration for it so Im happy that mix for u done finally! 

subspiele: which is the song that you recently liked the most ?
julia: I have two favorite tracks - Kisses by dOp, if u check official video-u can find me there)) I love guys and know them long time,I was at amazing wedding party last year in Berlin,one from dOp did it, it was really cool.Another lovely track is Play it again by Thierry Tomas.Thierry young and very talented guy from Russia,he is my friend and im in love with all his tracks which he sending to me. 

subspiele: how do you feel now ?
julia: Im fine, dreaming about vacation, waiting when spring will come in Moscow, not its snowy and grey and hope u will enjoy my new mix :)

Nickodemus is a traveler at heart—a connector of worlds, scenes, and people since the mid-90s. Over his extensive career as a touring DJ and producer, including three albums and canonical tunes like “My Swing es Tropical” and “Cleopatra in New York”, he’s helped pave the way for an inimitable mix of global fusion and the heavy beats we yearn for in the club. His music has long thrived on the close relationships and mutual respect of friends he’s built across the continents, felt through the worldly potions he cooks up in the studio, and spanning electronic sounds rooted in Latin, African, and Eastern instrumentation. His latest album, A Long Engagement, serves as a culmination of the inspirations he’s absorbed and remains rooted in his life as native New Yorker and the city’s nostalgic energy.

Nickodemus’ sound is often focused on the connective tissue of his many live collaborations and the electronic solitude of his studio (or record-filled bubble, as he calls it). Through his much-loved label Wonderwheel Recordings, he’s not only regularly releasing some of the most soul-shaking, eclectic sounds in the biz, but focusing deeply on artist development and creating long-lasting moments that live on far longer than their track length. The music you hear in his releases are filled with expression, reflection, and care; they’re both open-minded and deeply focused, a rarity at time in today’s overcrowded music industry.

As a remixer, he’s also lent his “Remix Machine” to a wide range of artists including pioneers like Bob Marley and Nina Simone, as well as other like minded genre-welders like Thievery Corporation, Quantic, and Mr. Scruff. Throughout his career he’s also carved an important niche in the live music scene with his beloved Turntables on the Hudson parties, that have popped up everywhere from New York to Cairo.

Currently on tour around Europe & USA, with his album ready to drop May 4 of 2018, Nico’s latest engagement is another portrait into the importance of shared ideas and the dialogue artists can share when they look past language or place of birth. Dave is part of the european dance scene since almost 20 years now, on dance floors and behind the decks. After releases on labels like Bpitch Control, Serialism, Get Physical, Exone, and many others, he started a new project under the name OGNI last year together with Tobi Neumann and Saktu from Russia. The first release came out on the Spanish imprint Oblack Label as a vinyl only EP, now the boys release their next one on Berlin’s Mobilee Records. Vega's roots have always been somewhere between House and Techno - that's what he plays and still drives him after almost 2 decades of electronic music experience.
