Dave Gurnhill is a UK-based DJ known for his refined taste in electronic music. With over a decade of experience behind the decks, Dave has cultivated a deep understanding of dancefloor dynamics, evolving from his roots in Trance to his current focus on Deep, Organic, and Progressive House.

His journey began at the age of 16, when a lifelong passion for dance music led him to pick up his first set of turntables. Committed to mastering his craft, Dave spent years refining his technique and developing a distinctive sound, eventually gaining recognition through a grassroots approach, distributing promo mixes and building connections within the UK club scene.

In 2009, Dave secured a residency at Statik, a respected weekly Trance event in Sheffield. This platform propelled him onto some of the UK’s most prominent Trance stages, including Passion, Digital Society, and Off The Rails. Over the years, he has shared lineups with globally renowned artists such as Ferry Corsten, Aly & Fila, Simon Patterson, John Askew, John O’Callaghan, and Bryan Kearney. His reputation for delivering both dynamic peak-time performances and expertly crafted warm-up sets (most notably at The Howard in Sheffield) cemented his status as a reliable and skilled performer.

Today, Dave’s musical direction has shifted towards the deeper end of the spectrum, inspired by artists like Guy J, Guy Mantzur, and Simon Vuarambon. His current sets are immersive, emotionally charged journeys through Deep, Organic, and Progressive House. Through regular mix series released on SoundCloud, he continues to showcase his evolving sound and sophisticated musicality to an ever-growing audience.
